Designed for children ages 18 months–5 years, Mornings of Discovery is a flexible parent-and-child morning program that brings together age-appropriate gymnastics and engaging
preschool enrichment experiences.
From music and art to sensory exploration, storytelling, cooking, science, and movement, each experience is intentionally designed around the way young children learn best:

For Ages 1.5–3
Our youngest learners are beginning to build important foundations for future development. Experiences for this age group can support:

For Ages 3–5
As children grow, their experiences begin encouraging skills such as:

Stories come to life through movement and imagination.
Once Upon a Gym combines storytelling, creative play, and physical activity to help children explore language and discover the magic of bringing a story to life.

Our age-appropriate gymnastics experiences give children opportunities to run, climb, balance, jump, and explore movement while developing strength, coordination, body awareness, and confidence.
