More Than a Morning Class: Discover Preschool Enrichment at Gravity Gymnastics in Miramar

August 14, 2026

What if one morning could help your child build confidence, make a new friend, discover a new interest, and develop skills they’ll carry with them for years to come?

That’s the idea behind Mornings of Discovery at Gravity Gymnastics in Miramar.

Designed for children ages
18 months–5 years, Mornings of Discovery is a flexible parent-and-child morning program that brings together age-appropriate gymnastics and engaging preschool enrichment experiences.

From music and art to sensory exploration, storytelling, cooking, science, and movement, each experience is intentionally designed around the way young children learn best:

Through movement, creativity, exploration, and play.

While your child sees a morning filled with fun, there is so much development happening along the way.

Little Experiences. BIG Development.

The early childhood years are filled with important developmental milestones.

That’s why each Mornings of Discovery experience has been thoughtfully created by our Preschool leaders to give children opportunities to explore age-appropriate skills while spending meaningful time with their parent or caregiver.

For Ages 1.5–3

Our youngest learners are beginning to build important foundations for future development. Experiences for this age group can support:

•โ  โ Sensory development

•โ  โ Language exposure

•โ  โ Socialization

•โ  โ Parent-child bonding

•โ  โ Gross motor development

For Ages 3–5

As children grow, their experiences begin encouraging skills such as:

•โ  โ School readiness

•โ  โ Creativity

•โ  โ Communication

•โ  โ Independence

•โ  โ Confidence

Children learn through repetition, exploration, and experience. Giving them opportunities to encounter new environments, activities, and challenges allows them to continue practicing these skills in different ways.

More Than Gymnastics: Explore Our Preschool Enrichment Classes

Mornings of Discovery goes beyond a traditional gymnastics class.

Families can choose from a variety of preschool enrichment classes in Miramar, allowing little ones to discover what excites them while developing new skills along the way.

๐ŸŽจ Art in Motion

Creative art projects meet movement!

Children have opportunities to express themselves, explore different materials, and use their imagination while developing both fine and gross motor skills.

๐ŸŒˆ Little Senses

Touch. Explore. Create. Discover.

Little Senses gives young learners hands-on opportunities to experience different textures, materials, and activities designed to encourage sensory development and curiosity.

๐ŸŽต Tiny Tunes

Music and movement come together through rhythm, singing, and playful activities.

Tiny Tunes encourages children to explore language, coordination, confidence, and self-expression—all while having fun with music.

๐Ÿ“– Once Upon a Gym

Stories come to life through movement and imagination.

Once Upon a Gym combines storytelling, creative play, and physical activity to help children explore language and discover the magic of bringing a story to life.

๐Ÿคธ Gymnastics & Movement

Our age-appropriate gymnastics experiences give children opportunities to run, climb, balance, jump, and explore movement while developing strength, coordination, body awareness, and confidence.

๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Mini Chefs & Little Scientists

These hands-on cooking and science experiences introduce children to following directions, problem-solving, creativity, and trying something new.

Preschool Enrichment That Builds Skills Beyond the Classroom

Mornings of Discovery isn’t about simply filling your child’s morning with activities.

Each experience gives children opportunities to develop skills they can continue using as they grow, including:

Confidence • Communication • Creativity • Social Skills • Problem-Solving • Coordination • Independence • School Readiness

The more opportunities children have to practice these skills through different experiences and environments, the more comfortable and confident they can become using them.

Your child may think they’re painting, singing, exploring, cooking, listening to a story, or climbing through the gym.

We see all the little moments of learning happening along the way.

Discovery Is About Connection, Too

Some of the most meaningful development during the preschool years happens through connection.

Mornings of Discovery gives children opportunities to see familiar faces, interact with other little ones, and begin developing friendships and social confidence.

But the community isn’t only for the children.

Because these are parent-and-child classes, parents and caregivers also have an opportunity to spend their mornings alongside other families navigating many of the same milestones, celebrations, and challenges.

Mornings of Discovery is more than another activity on the calendar.

It’s a place for families to learn, play, grow, and belong.
