Meet the Team Behind the Gravity Experience
When you walk through the doors at Gravity Gymnastics in Miramar, you see children learning new skills, coaches encouraging their students, and families coming together through movement.
But behind every class, every program, and every milestone is a team of people working to make those experiences possible.
From developing curriculum and supporting our coaches to creating meaningful experiences for families, our leadership team plays an important role in shaping what happens at Gravity every day.
Today, we're taking you behind the scenes to meet the faces behind the Gravity experience and introduce the people helping our programs grow.

More Than What Happens on the Gym Floor
A great gymnastics program doesn't begin when the first child walks into class.
It begins long before that.
Behind the scenes, our team leaders help develop curriculum, guide coaches, evaluate program needs, support families, and look for ways to improve the experience we provide.
Each department has its own goals, challenges, and opportunities. Our leadership team works together to ensure that, while every program may look different, we're all working toward the same purpose:
Helping children learn, grow, build confidence, and discover what they're capable of.
Meet Our Gravity Leadership Team

Mariela | Owner & Leadership Team Leader
Every great team needs someone who brings the bigger picture together.
As the owner of Gravity Gymnastics, Mariela leads our leadership team and helps guide the vision and direction of Gravity.
From supporting department leaders to overseeing the continued growth of our programs, she helps ensure that the decisions we make reflect the experience we want to create for our students, families, and staff.

Hindi | Grade School Team Leader
Our Grade School program is about much more than learning gymnastics skills. It's about helping children develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning through movement.
Hindi leads our Grade School department, helping guide the curriculum, support our coaches, and create a progressive learning environment where children can continue building on their skills.
Behind each new challenge and milestone is a commitment to helping children grow at their own pace.

Miss Eli | Downstairs Preschool Team Leader
For many families, preschool is their child's very first introduction to gymnastics.
Miss Eli leads our downstairs Preschool department, supporting the coaches and learning experiences that introduce our youngest students to movement.
From developing foundational motor skills to encouraging independence, confidence, and social interaction, this stage of learning is all about creating positive first experiences.

Miss Danielle | Upstairs Preschool Team Leader
As preschoolers grow, so do their abilities, confidence, and curiosity.
Miss Danielle leads our upstairs Preschool department, helping guide curriculum development, support our coaching team, and create age-appropriate opportunities for children to explore new challenges.
Together, our Preschool leaders help create a learning experience that supports children through important early stages of development.

Gerardo | Ninja Team Leader
Our Ninja program brings together movement, strength, agility, and the excitement of overcoming obstacles.
Gerardo leads the Ninja department, helping guide the program and support coaches as they create engaging challenges for students.
Behind the obstacle courses and high-energy classes is a focus on building coordination, body awareness, problem-solving skills, and confidence.

Hugo | Team Program Leader
For gymnasts who continue into team training, the experience becomes an opportunity to develop more advanced skills, discipline, perseverance, and teamwork.
Hugo helps lead our Team program, supporting the athletes, coaches, and training environment that make continued development possible.
His role contributes to the planning, coaching support, and progression that help athletes work toward their goals.

Leidy | Office Team Leader
The Gravity experience doesn't begin and end on the gym floor.
Our office team plays an important role in helping families navigate schedules, registration, questions, and everyday communication.
Leidy leads our office team, supporting the people and processes that help keep Gravity running smoothly.
Her department is an important connection between our families, coaches, and programs.

Yuki | Marketing & Team Leadership
There's also a lot happening behind the scenes to keep families informed, connected, and engaged with everything Gravity has to offer.
Yuki helps lead Gravity's marketing efforts and supports our Team program.
From communicating program opportunities and sharing what's happening at Gravity to helping coordinate team-related operations, her role helps connect the experiences happening inside the gym with the families and community we serve.
The People Behind Every Program
Every program at Gravity has its own personality.
Preschool introduces children to movement and early learning.
Grade School helps students build skills through progressive challenges.
Ninja encourages agility, problem-solving, and confidence.
Our Team program provides opportunities for gymnasts to continue developing their abilities and working toward new goals.
And our office and marketing teams help support the communication, organization, and experience that connect everything together.
What makes these programs work isn't just the curriculum. It's the people who care about bringing that curriculum to life.

Leadership Means Continuing to Learn, Too
One thing we believe at Gravity is that growth doesn't stop with our students.
Our coaches, team leaders, and staff are continually learning, collaborating, and looking for ways to improve.
That might mean reviewing curriculum, discussing challenges within a program, supporting a coach's development, improving communication with families, or finding new ways to make the student experience even better.
Our leadership team helps connect these efforts across departments so we're not simply running individual classes.
We're building a stronger Gravity experience together.

One Team, One Gravity Community
While our leadership team works across different departments, we share something important: a commitment to the children and families who walk through our doors.
Every class taught, curriculum updated, coach supported, and family helped contributes to the experience we want Gravity to provide.
So the next time you walk into the gym, we hope you'll recognize a few more familiar faces—and know a little more about the work happening behind the scenes.
Because behind every great program is a team of people who care.
And we're proud of the team helping make Gravity what it is today.
