Our Mornings of Discovery Experiences
Mornings of Discovery is a flexible parent-and-child morning program that combines
gymnastics classes with a variety of engaging
enrichment classes. Every morning is designed to help children build confidence, develop new skills, and create meaningful memories through movement, creativity, and play.
Each Week Brings Something New!
In addition to our age-appropriate gymnastics classes, Mornings of Discovery offers a variety of themed enrichment experiences designed to spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and help children learn through play.
Each experience provides a unique opportunity to explore new interests while building important developmental skills in a fun, engaging environment.
From creative art projects and sensory play to music, movement, storytelling, cooking, and gymnastics, every class is thoughtfully designed to encourage exploration, confidence, and a love of learning.
There are two age groups for our enrichment classes:
Group 1 (1.5-3 years)
Developmental focus: sensory development, language exposure, socialization, parent-child bonding, gross motor development.
Group 2 (Ages 3-5 years)
Developmental focus: school readiness, creativity, communication, independence, confidence.

Learning Through Sensory Stimulation

Ages: 1.5-3 years
Sensory bins, texture exploration, mess-free art, and movement stations designed for curious little hands. Learning through sensory stimulation — all the sensory play your little one craves, and none of the cleanup at home.
Tiny Tunes
Music and Movement
Little Learners
Ages: 1.5-3 years
Little musicians shake, tap, sing, and move! Rhythm games, instruments, and songs that build listening skills, language, and motor coordination — with you right beside them, learning one beat at a time.

Every class begins with a story — and then the story comes to life! Children leap into jungle adventures, ocean voyages, and dinosaur quests through movement-powered play, then wrap up with an art project tied to the tale. Early literacy, imagination, and physical confidence in one magical morning.

Get ready to move! High-energy songs, dance, rhythm games, and movement challenges that build coordination, listening skills, and confidence — and let preschoolers shake out every last wiggle.

First we move, then we make! A movement warm-up and gymnastics circuit gets bodies going, then young artists head to the creation station. Fine motor skills and gross motor skills grow together — and your child brings home a masterpiece every week.
Mini Chef and Scientist
Cooking + Science + Movement

Ages 3-5 years
Movement circuit first — then our little chefs head to the prep table to build their own healthy snack: fruit kabobs, yogurt parfaits, rainbow creations. Independence, fine motor skills, following steps, and (yes!) trying new foods, all in one delicious class.
