What Ages is Mornings of Discovery for?
Mornings of Discovery is designed for children 18 months to 5 years old, with experiences tailored to different stages of early childhood development. Activities are thoughtfully designed to encourage movement, creativity, confidence, socialization, and learning through play.
Does my child need prior gymnastics experience?
Not at all! No previous gymnastics or class experience is needed. Mornings of Discovery is designed to meet little ones where they are. Our instructors create a welcoming, age-appropriate environment where children can explore, participate, and build confidence at their own pace.
Do parents and caregivers participate in class?
Yes! Parent or caregiver participation is an important part of the Mornings of Discovery experience. You’ll be right there alongside your child as they explore, learn, move, and create. It’s a wonderful opportunity to encourage their development while enjoying meaningful time together.
What should my child bring?
Children should come dressed in comfortable clothing that allows them to move and explore freely. Because activities may include gymnastics, sensory exploration, art, and other hands-on experiences, we recommend clothing that can handle a little creativity and mess!
How long is the class?
Each Mornings of Discovery class is 55 minutes long—just the right amount of time for little ones to explore, move, create, and engage in meaningful activities while keeping the experience fun and age-appropriate.
